POTATOES:
1 30 oz bag of frozen tater tots
DRESSING:
1 cup yogurt
½ cup mayonnaise
1 lemon, juiced
2 garlic cloves, minced
SALAD:
1 cucumber, diced
1 celery rib, small-diced
4 radishes, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
¼ cup chopped dill
1 red onion, finely sliced
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
Directions
Cook tater tots according to the instructions on the packaging.
