Q. What is your passion? Tell us about it.
A. Stringhetto is the fruit of my passion. It started as a small family-run business selling fruit and vegetables in Verona, Italy. Now it is a company specialized in making artisan jams and chocolates. It is a passion for an artisan job, high quality ingredients, and the research for balanced and unique flavors.
Q. What inspired you to pursue this passion? Tell us the story.
A. Stefano was born and raised in the family business. The aim and the ambition was to create a unique product, high quality that was completely different from any other product on the market.
Q. What makes your creation unique?
A. All of our products are the result of a self taught research. The selection of the best ingredients, the unique combinations without having to use any artificial flavors or [thickeners].
Q. Tell us about your creative process.
A. It starts with inspiration, a one of a kind ingredient or a specific client request, a trip which lead to the creation of a product.
Q. Who is your audience? How do you engage them?
A. Everybody loves our chocolate. We keep them engage by attending fairs and being present on social media platforms. Having our potential clients tasting our products is the best strategy.
Q. What experience does your passion create? What can recipients expect?
A. Our passion generates clients that become literally addicted to our products!! Once you try Stringhetto, you can never go back!! Trust me.

A. Our products can be found online on our shop www.stringhetto.com and in specialty food shops.
Q. What is next?
A. We [attended] the summer Fancy Food Show in NYC last June with the intention of exploring the US market. Recently we moved to a new production plant (3,000 square meters) with state of the art machines which can make generous quantities of product yet being artisan and natural.
