In the world of mixology, creativity knows no bounds. But, one food blogger may have taken things too far when she uploaded a recipe for a Manchego Cheese & Rosemary Martini on her Instagram page.
Food blogger Ereka Vetrini starts by infusing vodka with Manchego cheese cubes and rosemary for ten days. Once the infusion is complete, she combines the vodka with vermouth. The controversial cocktail is completed with an olive and Manchego cheese garnish.
The comments are a mixed bag, with some people saying it's disgusting (lots of vomit emojis happening), while others state that they can't wait to try it themselves.
