The production process for mozzarella cheese at Casearia Casabianca begins immediately after milking. The dairy unit, situated only 500 meters from the agricultural center, adheres to all existing sanitary laws. Although equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, the production process remains rooted in traditional procedures, preserving the authenticity and delicate flavors of the final products.
