- 1 cup mayonnaise

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional: for more acidity flavor)

- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1teaspoon anchovy paste


Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine the garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce, whisking them together until well blended.

2. Next, incorporate the mayonnaise, Parmigiano-Reggiano, salt, and pepper, continuing to whisk until the mixture is smooth and fully combined. Adjust the seasoning to taste. This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
