Ines Rosales, a beloved brand with deep roots in Andalusian tradition, began its journey in 1910 in Sevilla. Ines Rosales, the woman behind the name, revived her family's cherished Olive Oil Torta recipe to support her household. Selling these delicious treats at the local train station, Ines quickly saw them become a staple in homes across Andalusia. She rented the town bakery's oven and enlisted local widowed women, creating a supportive community while ensuring each Torta was made with care and love.
Today, the original Ines Rosales Torta is still handcrafted, maintaining the artisanal quality and uniqueness that have defined the brand for over a century. The company remains committed to blending tradition with innovation, aiming to preserve the immense value of their product for both past and future generations. Every Torta is a testament to this mission, offering a taste of history and a promise of quality in each delicious bite.
