Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 tsp. pure maple syrup
3/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 (5 oz.) fresh red tomato, cored and roughly chopped (about 3/4 cup)
1 small garlic clove, chopped (about 1 tsp.)
Directions
