4 cups cooked shredded chicken breast, chilled
1⁄2 cup diced celery
1⁄2 cup shredded carrots
1⁄4 cup finely diced red onion
2 scallions, thinly sliced
1⁄3 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1⁄3 cup light mayonnaise
1⁄3 cup Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
1⁄4 teaspoon dried dill weed
