In tribute to the movie Glass Onion, Van Leeuwen's new Glass Onion flavor ice cream celebrates various aspects of the movie. It blends vanilla ice cream with a touch of Greek yogurt (the film is set in Greece), adds honeycomb candy for a glass-like crunch and is topped off with a swirl of bourbon caramelized onion jam. Two things that seem like they should never ever be in the same room together, onions and ice cream, are swirling together in the same cup!
