INGREDIENTS
2 slices of Sourdough Bread
2 tbsp of Hellmann's Mayonnaise (1 tbsp for each slice of bread)
3 oz. sliced White Cheddar
3 oz. shredded low moisture Mozzarella Cheese
2 tbsp of Wild Blueberries
2 tsp of Hot Honey
Sprinkle of Flaky Salt
DIRECTIONS
- First, grab 2 slices of sourdough bread and spread 1 tbsp of Hellmann’s Mayonnaise on one side of each.
- Flip one piece over (the sides with the mayonnaise will the outside of the sandwich) and layer 3 oz of sliced white cheddar, 2 tbsp of wild blueberries*, 3 oz of shredded low moisture mozzarella, 2 tsp of hot honey, and a sprinkle of flaky salt.
- Top with the other slice of bread and transfer to a pan on low-medium heat.
- Cover the pan and let it cook on one side for 2-3 minutes. Flip and let it cook on the other side for another 2-3 minutes, covered. It should be golden and crispy!
- Transfer to a cutting board, slice in half, and enjoy the cheese pull.
NOTES
*For the blueberries, I used frozen wild blueberries and let them thaw before using them for the grilled cheese. You could also use regular, fresh blueberries.
