'Tis the season for outdoor entertaining! Nothing gets guests excited like a beautiful, vibrant board filled with delicious cheese, charcuterie and fresh, in-season fruit. The sweetness of fruit and saltiness of cheese are the main reason they go so well together. Like pairing wine, you must pick complimentary fruit and cheese so that one does not overpower the other. To make the process easier, we've gathered our favorite fresh fruit and cheese pairings to enjoy all summer long!
