According to the press release, Tomato Basil Havarti combines Roth's classic, creamy Havarti cheese with basil and air dried tomatoes, "delivering a fresh bite with a crowd-pleasing flavor combination perfect for pasta or pizza night".

Begging to be melted on top of your winter soup recipes, Roth French Onion Havarti contains a blend of chives, toasted onion and garlic.

“Consumers are at the center of our decision making when it comes to innovation,” said Brittany Fladeboe, Roth Cheese branded product manager, in the press release. “Narrowing down potential flavors for our new Havarti required understanding what flavors our consumers are interested in, researching current flavor trends in the market, and working closely with our research and development team to make sure the products we created brought out the best characteristics of the cheese itself.”

From Switzerland and under the Emmi line, Beer Fondue is an easy-to-prepare cheese fondue with a subtle touch of lager beer. Beer Fondue makes for an easy, warm game-day or holiday appetizer on a chilly night.

“Sales of Emmi Fondue are up more than 30 percent since 2019, so we know consumers are looking for fun in-home eating experiences,” Fladeboe stated in the press release. “This new flavor is ideal for in-store game day displays and as a unique seasonal option for consumers hosting at-home parties this fall and winter.”

Roth Cheese, located in Monroe, Wisconsin, crafts specialty cheeses that are inspired by their Swiss heritage. Roth cheesemakers specialize in Swiss-inspired alpine-style cheeses, Dutch-style Gouda and Havarti. All of the rBST-free milk used to make Roth cheese comes directly from family farms in Wisconsin.

The new products will hit the shelves this fall and winter. We can't wait to try these fun new flavors!
