Matcha Tonic

Ingredients:
for 2 servings
½ cup chopped fruit
ice
syrup or sweetener of choice, optional
1 cup tonic water, or 1/2 cup
2 teaspoons matcha powder
½ cup hot water
lemon wedge, for garnish
Directions
In a glass cup, add in your fruit and muddle with a large spoon or muddler. I used mangoes in one and strawberries in another.
Place some ice into your cup then follow with your sweetener of choice, if desired. I used a mogu mogu drink as the sweetener. Top with tonic water.
In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tsp matcha with ½ a cup of water until frothy, set aside.
Top your drink with matcha.
