McCormick Updates Packaging for the First Time in Nearly 40 Years

The new packaging is designed to keep spices fresher for longer.



McCormick, the industry leader in herbs and spices, announced on March 14 a packaging redesign for their line of seasonings. The new bottles feature new SnapTight™ lids that ensure bottles are closed tightly after using, keeping the product as fresh as possible. The new bottles are also made from a 50% post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic.


"Our new bottle redesign is not only a milestone celebration for the brand, but for our home cooks as well," said Nikki French, Group Vice President Marketing, NA Consumer at McCormick in the press release. "These changes deliver a new standard when it comes to our passion and continued pursuit of flavor."


The new bottles have already begun to hit shelves, and the transition will continue throughout 2023.
