ROSÉ GRAPEFRUIT MIMOSAS

Makes 6 glasses.
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle rosé champagne, chilled
- 2 cups grapefruit juice, chilled
- grapefruit sliced; for garnish (optional)
Directions:
With champagne flute tilted at a 45 degree angle, slowly fill glass halfway with champagne.
Top champagne flute with grapefruit juice. Garnish with fresh grapefruit slices (optional).

SPARKLING POMEGRANITE MIMOSAS

Makes 6-8 glasses.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 6–8 sprigs of rosemary
- pomegranate juice
- 1 bottle of champagne
Directions:
Add 1 tablespoon of pomegranate seeds, a rosemary sprig and 1 1/2 oz of pomegranate juice to each glass.
Top with champagne.
Serve!
TEQUILA SUNRISE MIMOSA

Makes 8 glasses.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup Lunazul Blanco Tequila
- 1/4 cup grenadine syrup
Directions:
1. Using a pitcher, mix orange and pineapple juice.
2. Pour tequila and orange juice into champagne flutes, topped with grenadine, allowing it to settle.
3. Serve immediately.
STRAWBERRY MIMOSAS

Makes 2 glasses.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup champagne, plus more for topping off flute
- Sliced strawberries, for garnish
Directions:
In a blender or food processor, blend strawberries, sugar, and champagne until fully combined, then pour into champagne flutes and top with more bubbly.
Garnish with a strawberry slice and serve!
