A. Food Scientist by training, focused on dairy cultures. After successful career in specialty foods, took plunge to [follow] my dream! Bought a dilapidated [dairy] farm and [brought] it [back] to life. Built cheesemaking facility and below ground aging room, all 100% powered by [solar] energy.
