Q. What is your passion? Tell us about it.
A. Creating employment for people with disabilities.
Q. What inspired you to pursue this passion? Tell us the story.
A. I was born [with] Down syndrome, graduated from college and yet no one would hire me. I always loved baking, so I decided to open my own company.
Q. What makes your creation unique?
A. My cookies are really good, everyone comments about that and I create jobs for people struggling to find employment because of the stigma of a labeled disability. And I donate to charity for leadership and independence workshops.

A. Never give up.

A. Everyone who [likes] cookies and everyone who has a loved one with a disability.
Q. What experience does your passion create? What can recipients expect?
A. I have a gifting company online where I offer 6 different types of my cookies AND I have new cookies just for retail.

A. I have a documentary producer preparing to film me and my day to day.
