A. To deliver the best quality honey to folks around the world.
Q. What inspired you to pursue this passion? Tell us the story.
A. World Honey Market was started 18 years ago by Owner John Peterson as a FFA project. Since then he has developed into a full scale pollination service provider from coast to coast exposing us to several [unique] varieties of honey. Most are pure raw mono floral varieties with the exception of our Datil Sting Hot honey which has its own Little Story....

A. One of the most [unique] flavor profiles of Hot Honey on the Market today.
Q. Tell us about your creative process.
A. We take pure raw US honey and infuse the flavors and heat of the Minorcan Datil pepper into it. Making it a one of a kind product.
Q. What experience does your passion create? What can recipients expect?
A. A tasting experience like no other. You taste the sweetness of the Honey along with the flavor of the pepper, then you get that heat in the back of your throat that lets you know its there but doesnt make you cry.. Soon after the citrus notes of the Orange Blossom honey comes through and the heats gone.
